1. Refunds

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for items purchased directly from North Tech Safe Company.
  • The refund request must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

1.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized safes are non-refundable.
  • Clearance items, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Damages due to misuse, negligence, or accidents are not covered under our refund policy.

1.3 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

1.4 Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

2. Returns

2.1 Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and unused.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • North Tech Safe Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2.2 How to Initiate a Return

  • Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please do not return your item without first contacting us.

2.3 Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2.4 Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the product or offer a refund if a replacement is not possible.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
